The brass bin assembly is constructed from aluminum plate and hard anodized. It’s designed to bolt directly to (our new Gen 3 mounting base). Once assembled to the base it will serve two function, catching brass and contain shavings.

–You do not need to order the base plate as an option with the Gen 3 trimmer

-The brass bin is not designed to work with our older Gen 2 base that has the U-Cut.
