Freight/Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, Weekend and Public Holiday orders will be processed on the next business day (no overnight deliveries for Sat-Sun orders). Our couriers don’t have an overnight service for rural and ammunition deliveries.

Layby Policy
We don’t have a Layby service.

Warranty 
a) Ozark Precision NZ Ltd reserves the right to withhold or refuse warranty service whilst the purchaser’s credit account is in arrears.
b) All products purchased from Ozark Precision NZ Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the warranty reference from manufacturers.
c) Ozark Precision NZ Ltd will provide warranty service only in respect to products that were supplied by Ozark Precision NZ Ltd.
d) No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the products for any particular purpose or otherwise.
e) Ozark Precision NZ Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the purchaser or to any other person or to the property of the purchaser or any other person arising out of the use or possession of the Products.
f) Note, that in all circumstances the Manufacturers warranty is void if:
There is evidence of improper configuration.
There is evidence of water damage.
There is evidence of physical abuse, any item damaged in transit should be reported as soon as received. Please read Product Returns section below for further instructions.
There is evidence of misuse including accidental or intentional abuse.
There is evidence of previous repair by another repair center other than Ozark Precision NZ approved repairers.
There is no record of purchase from Ozark Precision NZ. We will do our best to look for your sales information, but ultimately it is your responsibility to retain your sales receipt.

Pricing and Stock
All prices listed are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax unless otherwise stated. Our pricing structure is different to our in store pricing structure. Prices are primarily listed in New Zealand dollars. Prices may change without notice. Ozark Precision NZ endeavors to carry sufficient stock at all times, although stock and pricing is subject to availability – if we do not have an item you have ordered in stock – we will advise you of this and you can choose from:

1.) An alternative product.
2.) We will advise a delivery date, if acceptable we will process your order when the item is available.
3.) Not process your order, and refund any monies paid. 

Confirming Prices
Items in your Shopping Cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. Many discounts are limited time offers. The discount we offer for any item is dependent upon its availability.

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on any of our sites may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Payment Processing
We do NOT charge credit cards until after the order has entered the shipping process. Upon an order placement we will send you an order confirmation and/ or a confirmation that your credit card has been verified. These order confirmations are not a receipt for payment. If you have submitted your credit card details for payment of items from any Ozark Precision NZ Limited site; your card will be verified by a third party to confirm the card is not stolen, fraudulent or lost and that the requested funds are available. This is also called a pre-authorization hold check and may appear as a pending transaction on your online bank statement. These requests are not actual charges. 

Electronic Communication
When you interact with any of our websites or send us e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, conditions, advertisements, disclosures and other communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree to non-disclosure of any communication we have directed to you without written permission from us. 

Product Returns
a) Ozark Precision NZ will endeavor to ensure goods and services meet all the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act. As such, we will always endeavor to ensure products are:

• Of an acceptable quality; 
• Fit for their particular purpose, and 
• Match the description or demonstration model.

b) No product will be accepted for return without obtaining prior written authorization from Ozark Precision NZ Ltd. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be at the cost of the Purchaser.

c) Ozark Precision NZ Ltd may, but is not obliged to, accept the return of any product that was ordered and correctly supplied.

d) If product was delivered incorrectly or with defects or damage from courier/transport, the purchaser must inform Ozark Precision NZ Ltd in writing within three days of receipt of the product. The notification must quote the relevant invoice number and must include all the necessary details of the incorrect delivery, defect or damage. If purchaser fails to notify Ozark Precision NZ Ltd, the purchaser shall be deemed to have received the product in good order and condition and that the same had been delivered in accordance with the purchaser’s order. Ozark Precisions NZ Ltd will meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act for products that are found defective or damaged outside of the 3 days.

e) Without express permission from Ozark Precision NZ any product that has been authorized for return must be returned in a pristine state. If a product is not returned in the expected state, Ozark Precision NZ Ltd will meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees act.

f) In the event Ozark Precision NZ Ltd has agreed to:

• Refund for goods, the goods must first be returned to Ozark Precision NZ Ltd in pristine state.  Pristine state is described as all original packaging, with all original parts, nothing damaged or dirty. Products not returned in pristine state may incur charges to replace the missing or damaged parts, or non refund of part or the entire purchase price.

• Repair or replace, the repaired or replaced goods may only match what was provided to Ozark Precision NZ. Ie if an item is returned missing box, manual, or associated accessories, then the repaired/replaced item may return in an equal condition. 

g) Please note that our staff will test all returned products to determine the nature of the defect or if the item is defective at all. If an item is returned as defective, and after testing it is deemed to have been in good working order, the item will be returned to the customer as it was received.  A fee of $30 may be charged for testing fees, handling, and return shipping, handling and insurance. This fee then needs to be paid before your non-faulty goods will be returned. Please test the defective item(s) prior to sending the item back for warranty service. This will save you time and money.

Export Restrictions
Some products purchased may not be able to be exported from New Zealand to your country,  please contact us by email ontarget@ozarkPrecisionnz.co.nz if you are unsure if the item you are purchasing can be exported to your country.

Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from any website owned or operated by Ozark Precision NZ Limited are made agreeable to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
